The cost includes delivery to your door and return shipping back to Midwest Racquet Sports. We ship anywhere in the continental US for the same price. (Racquets must ship to the billing address on the credit card and cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.) Delivery takes 2-3 business days to most areas. Use the racquets for 7 days from the day you receive them. (If you receive them on a Monday, keep them until the next Monday.) To return to Midwest Racquet Sports you may drop the demos off at any UPS store with the included return label. (Need a new label? Please contact our Customer Care team at service@midwestracquetsports.com.) Demo orders will be held until all demos are in stock and can be shipped. If one or more of the demos are out of stock, the order will be held until it can be shipped completely. Specific stringing for demos is not guaranteed, and demo orders may not ship the same day if they need to be restrung. Midwest Racquet Sports will not accept demo orders placed with AfterPay, AmazonPay, PayPal or with gift cards. Customers may only have one demo order out at a time, which must be returned before a new demo order can be shipped.
