User-Generated Content (UGC) Rules & Terms – Midwest Racquet Sports

We love seeing your passion for the game and your Midwest Racquet Sports gear in action! By submitting or tagging your content on social media, you agree to the following rules for our User-Generated Content program:

1. Eligibility

• Open to legal U.S. residents aged 18 and older.
• To qualify for the $200 gift card drawing, your content must be original, public, and tagged with @MidwestRacquetSports and/or include the designated campaign hashtag (e.g., #MidwestRacquetStyle).

2. Content Guidelines

• Show your authentic style! We welcome photos and videos featuring your racquet sports gear, on or off the court.
• Content must be appropriate for all audiences—no nudity, hate speech, offensive language, or illegal activity.
• Entries must not infringe on third-party rights, including copyright or trademarks.

3. Rights & Usage

• By tagging or submitting content, you grant Midwest Racquet Sports a royalty-free, perpetual, non-exclusive license to use, repost, and display your content across our digital platforms, including our website, email campaigns, and social media channels.
• We may edit or crop your content for formatting purposes while preserving its integrity.

4. Selection & Notification

• One eligible participant will be randomly selected each month to receive a $200 gift card to Midwest Racquet Sports.
• Winners will be notified via direct message or email and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

5. Disclaimers
