Items with Special Shipping Rules
** Several products (Heavy Court Equipment, Stringing and Ball Machines, and Cases of Balls) are restricted to UPS Ground within the continental US only. These items have a flat, per item charge for shipping that replaces the base shipping charge usually charged for Ground. The product page for any of these items displays the correct shipping amount.
*** Orders containing larger bags are restricted to Ground/Eco-Friendly shipping within the continental US. Please contact customer service if you need a quicker shipping option.
**** Additional charges may be required to ship to some locations. Customer service will contact you to confirm the amount before the order is charged and shipped.
NOTE: Midwest Racquet Sports only ships Asics, adidas, Nike, Babolat, Head, Penn, Thorlo, Yonex, and Wilson products to domestic addresses in the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Freight Forwarders
Using a freight forwarder to ship items internationally may result in complications not covered by Midwest Racquet Sports.
If a freight forwarding service is used to ship items internationally, the following applies:
Midwest Racquet Sports won't be responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after they're delivered to you or a freight forwarder. This means that Midwest Racquet Sports isn't able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of the U.S. by using a freight forwarding service. If ordering from Midwest Racquet Sports to deliver to a U.S shipping address, you should refuse the delivery of these goods if they arrive damaged and instruct freight forwarders to do the same. Midwest Racquet Sports accepts our shipper’s tracking information as proof that an order has been delivered to a freight forwarder.
If you (or a freight forwarder you so designate) have a U.S. address, purchase goods from Midwest Racquet Sports to be shipped to a U.S. location, and then subsequently export these goods, you or the designated freight forwarder are considered the exporter of these goods. You or the designated freight forwarder are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Midwest Racquet Sports must not be listed on any export documentation (e.g., export declarations, invoices, packing lists, air waybills, etc.). It is your responsibility to ensure the freight forwarders most up-to-date U.S. address is used.
Products which you export yourself or through a freight forwarder may not be returned directly to Midwest Racquet Sports after being exported.
International return labels will not be issued for items exported through a freight forwarder.

What credit card information is required to process my order?
Midwest Racquet Sports utilizes a procedure to confirm that the order has been placed by an authorized cardholder. It is an additional security measure required by Midwest Racquet Sports to protect, you, the cardholder, and Midwest Racquet Sports from credit card fraud. Our apologies for any inconvenience, but the added protection outweighs the small amount of time necessary to provide the proper information.

Will I have to pay any taxes or import duties?
There are no U.S. taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this information.
What happens if I refuse or abandon my order?
Midwest Racquet Sports cannot issue credit for international packages which are refused or abandoned.
Who is responsible for import fees, duties, and other charges?
You will be the importer of record and will be responsible for all levies, duties, import fees, taxes and other charges. We strongly suggest that you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. We cannot issue credit in cases where packages are not delivered due to non-payment of fees.
All transactions are done in USD (United States Dollar). We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences.

Midwest Racquet Sports will match any advertised price by AUTHORIZED retail dealers on "in stock" items within 7 days. Call or email for price adjustments. You may also reference the competitor's price in the comments field when ordering. We'll adjust the price before shipping your order. Should you find a product through one of our competitors for a lower price we will match their price, provided that they have it in stock in the same size and model and the competitors shipping costs are the same. We must have the item in stock as well (we are not able to price match on special orders).
- We must be able to verify the lower price. Pricing that cannot be verified will not be honored.
- This policy does not apply to special promotions or give aways and may not be used in conjunction with any offer, coupon or promotion.
- Price match must be "apples to apples". For example, if another company has a certain shoe in stock in size 13 only for a lower price but you are interested in size 7, we are not able to match or beat their price since they do not have your size in stock at that lower price. This policy also applies to the total cost of the transaction, which must include the competitors shipping costs.
- This policy does not apply to wholesale companies, who do not sell to the public or "end user".
- Price adjustments will be made on prior purchases within 7 days or less of purchase.
- All features, content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. Midwest Racquet Sports has full discretion to adjust or cancel any orders that fall outside the rules of any promotion or special.
- All credits will be given in form of a Midwest Racquet Sports gift card.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:
- Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites or wholesalers.
