Warranty Tennis Racquet Information
  • Select shoe models are covered under a manufacturer’s six-month outsole warranty. The six-month period begins when the order is received; claims after six months of the order’s receipt will not be considered for warranty replacement. Replacement is determined at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

  • Shoe warranties must be submitted following the specific manufacturer’s listed warranty process. If the manufacturer’s process requests you submit directly through them, please follow their instructions as some manufacturers will not allow us to process warranties on their behalf.

  • Outsole warranties are only valid on shoes that the manufacturer offers a warranty for. Applicable shoes will have the warranty information noted in the item description. Models not covered under a manufacturer outsole warranty will not be covered for outsole wear. The outsole must be worn completely through, exposing the midsole. Any damage to the toe bumper, or upper material of the shoe will not be covered under the outsole warranty. (Please see photos below.)

  • Each sole warranty shoe is limited to a one-time replacement.

  • Shipping charges are not included with the warranty and may vary from brand to brand. Prepaid return label may NOT be used to send back shoes for warranty evaluation.

  • Manufacturing defects can be submitted for evaluation within six months of purchase. Please email photos of the shoes, along with your order confirmation number and a brief description of the issue to service@midwestsports.com to initiate a claim.

  • Normal wear and tear, or damage caused by abuse (including wear from toe drag) will not be covered.

  • If a direct replacement is not available for an approved defect claim, Midwest Racquet Sports will provide an in-store credit for the purchase price of the shoes, which can be applied towards a different model for the replacement.

  • Claims made outside of six months of purchase will not be considered for defect evaluation.

  • Store Credits - Store credits issued for warranties are valid for 90 days after the issue date.

adidas Shoe Warranty

Adidas' six-month limited outsole durability warranty applies only to the Barricade 13 model. The uppers of this model are not covered under the outsole warranty. For adidas Barricade 13 warranty consideration, please email images of the worn shoes with your order confirmation number to service@midwestsports.com. The outsole must be worn through completely, exposing the midsole. Warranty coverage is only available within six months of purchase. If the manufacturer's replacement criteria are met, a store credit will be issued for the purchased price of the shoe.

Asics Shoe Warranty

Asics' six-month limited outsole durability warranty applies only to the Gel Resolution 9 model. The uppers of this model are not covered under the outsole warranty. For Asics Gel Resolution warranty replacement consideration, please email images of the worn shoes along with your order confirmation number to service@midwestsports.com. The outsole must be worn through completely, exposing the midsole. Warranty coverage is only available within six months of purchase. Shoes will be evaluated and if the manufacturer’s replacement criteria are met, a store credit will be issued for the purchased price of the shoe.

Babolat Shoe Warranty

Babolat Shoe Warranty

Babolat's six-month durability guarantee only applies to the Propulse Fury model. In order to be eligible for warranty replacement, the outsole must wear through completely, exposing the midsole. The upper and toe guard are not covered under the durability guarantee. Warranty submissions must be sent directly to Babolat for consideration. Head Shoe Warranty

Head Shoe Warranty

Head offers a six-month outsole warranty on the Revolt Pro model. The outsole must be worn through completely, exposing the midsole in order to be eligible for warranty consideration. To start your warranty claim, please call the Consumer Warranty Phone Line 1-800-289-7366 and select option 2. Once approved, worn shoes should be shipped along with your original sales receipt to the address below.

K-Swiss Shoe Warranty

K-Swiss Shoe Warranty

K Swiss's six-month outsole durability warranty applies only to the Ultrashot 3 model. Claims must be directed to K Swiss and cannot be filed through the retailer. The outsole of your Ultrashot 3 shoes must have a hole in it through which the upper material of the shoe is visible. Exposure of different colors of rubber or the midsole does not qualify for this guarantee, unless the upper material is visible through the wear hole.

To initiate your claim, please visit https://kswiss.com/pages/ultrashot-warranty and complete the form. K Swiss will require photos of the outsole of the shoes, a photo of the tag on the back of the tongue, as well as a copy of your original sales receipt, confirming purchase within six months. Consumer will pay $10.00 to cover the shipping for their replacement via the payment method of their choice on K Swiss’ website.

Mizuno Shoe Warranty

Mizuno Shoe Warranty

Mizuno's 6-month outsole limited warranty guarantee applies to the Wave Exceed Tour 5 and 6, and the Wave Enforce Tour AC. The outsole warranty applies only to the outsole; the upper and toe bumper are not covered under the warranty guarantee. Outsole limited warranty guarantee claims MUST be initiated by the consumer ONLY. No Mizuno 6-month outsole limited warranty guarantee claims will be accepted from any dealer.

New Balance Shoe Warranty

New Balance Shoe Warranty

New Balance’s 6-month NDurance rubber outsole limited warranty guarantee only applies to the New Balance 996, 1007, CT-RALLY and UCHCOCO shoes, and applies only to the hard court–specific NDurance rubber outsole. The wear must be the result of playing tennis. The uppers of these models are not covered under the six-month NDurance warranty.

The warranty must be submitted through New Balance. To submit the warranty, please call New Balance Customer service at (800) 595-9138 for details on how to return the shoes and claim your replacement.

Nike Shoe Warranty

Nike Shoe Warranty

Nike's six-month outsole warranty applies solely to the Court Zoom Vapor Cage 4 model. This warranty only covers the outsole of the shoe and will not cover wear to the upper or toe guard of the shoe. You can begin your warranty claim at nikeclaims.com or by calling Nike at (800) 344-6453 to receive a claim number. Shoes sent to Nike without a claim number will not be eligible for warranty consideration.

Fila Shoe Warranty

Fila Shoe Warranty

Fila offers a six-month outsole warranty on the Axilus 2 and 3 Energized model. This warranty applies only to the outsole of the shoe, which must be worn through completely, exposing the shoe's midsole. The upper and toe guard of the shoe is not covered for wear. Claims must be filed directly with the manufacturer. To initiate your claim, please contact Fila USA Consumer Relations at (800) 845-3452 to receive a claim number and submission instructions.

Wilson Shoe Warranty

Wilson Shoe Warranty

Wilson's six-month limited outsole durability warranty applies only to the Rush Pro 4.0, 4.5 and Rush Pro Extra Duty models. The Rush Pro Ace and Rush Pro Lite models are not covered for outsole wear and carry no warranty. The outsole must be worn through completely, exposing the midsole. Warranty coverage is only available within six months of purchase. The uppers of this model are not covered under the outsole warranty. The wear must be the result of playing tennis. For warranty replacement consideration, please email images of the worn shoes along with your order confirmation number to service@midwestsports.com. The photos will be evaluated and if the manufacturer’s replacement criteria are met, a return label will be issued to have the shoes sent in for submission. If a direct replacement of the same model and colorway is not available, a store credit will be provided for the purchased price of the shoe.
