We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

Holiday Extension: 60-Day Return Window

Give gifts without worry this season. For orders placed between November 1 and December 19, 2026, Midwest Racquet Sports is extending our return window from 30 days to 60 days from when you receive your order. That gives your recipients plenty of time after the holidays to make an exchange or return. All other terms of our standard Return & Exchange Policy below still apply, including item condition requirements and return shipping fees.

General Returns

• Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Holiday Return Window - Orders Placed Between November 1 and December 19 - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order receipt.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used racquets or shoes showing signs of wear. Strings used in strung racquets are non-refundable.
• Apparel that has been worn, washed, or is missing tags.
• Court equipment and ball machines unless unopened and unused.
• Items marked "Final Sale"

Return Shipping

• Returns are free if your remaining order total stays above $69.95.
• Otherwise, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
• Orders with more than three pairs of shoes will be subject to a $6.95 return shipping fee for each returned pair.
• For court equipment, cases of balls or bulk items, a return shipping fee may apply.
• Free returns only valid in the contiguous United States.

Store Credit

• If a return is accepted but not eligible for a full refund, a store credit may be issued.
• Store credits expire after 90 days.
