How do I request a price match from Midwest Sports?

It's easy. During business hours, give us a call at 1-800-334-4580 to speak to a Customer Care Specialist. Or, use our online chat at Midwest Sports.com. Outside of business hours, drop us an email at service@tennis-point.com Please provide the item number and tell us where you found the lower price that you would like us to match.

• Should you find the exact item through another authorized retailer for a lower price we will match their price, provided that they have the item in stock, in the same size, and the same model.
• We must be able to verify the lower price.
• We must have the item in stock as we are not able to price match on special orders.
• If we lower our online price within 7 Days of your purchase, we will match the lowest price and credit you the difference upon request.
• A price match request after a purchase for items shipped to the customer can only be requested by the purchaser (the person who was listed in the “Bill To” section of the order).
• All credit will be given in the form of payment or a Midwest Sports gift card at the customer’s request. This offer is valid on purchases made between November 1, 2019 and December 31, 2019.
• All credits will be given in form of a Midwest Sports gift card.

Our Price Match Guarantee does not cover:

• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites or wholesalers.
• Shipping/delivery charges will not be included in the price comparison.
