Warranty Tennis Racquet Information

Please email service@midwestsports.com with photos of your racquet, as well as your order confirmation number to initiate the warranty claim.

  • All new racquets carry a one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects. Replacement is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.

  • If the racquet is approved for a warranty claim, Midwest Racquet Sports reserves the right to replace the frame directly from our stock.

  • If your racquet is replaced under warranty, Midwest Racquet Sports will offer to string the racquet with a complimentary synthetic gut string plus a labor charge of $10. Specialty String requests are charged at the price of the string plus the $10 labor charge.

  • Racquets sent to the manufacturer for evaluation typically take 4 to 6 weeks but may take longer based on the manufacturer's demand.

  • Racquets that show signs of abuse or unusual wear will not be replaced. Damage from impact is not covered under the racquet warranty.

  • If the purchased racquet is no longer available, Midwest Racquet Sports will provide an in-store credit for the purchase price of the racquet, which can be applied towards a different model for the replacement.

  • If the manufacturer denies the warranty claim, Midwest Racquet Sports will contact you about returning the racquet. If we do not receive a response, we will dispose of the racquet.

  • Store Credits - Store credits issued for warranties are valid for 90 days after the issue date.
