This strings are great, at 52 lbs,, every time you hit it feels like fresh pop corn !!! POP ! POP ! POP! Thank you Yonex !
I PURCHASED THESE STRINGS WITH A RACKET. MIDWEST STRUNG THEM FOR ME. GREAT TENSION ON THE STRINGS WILL ORDER MORE IN THE FUTURE.
Actually I have strung my racquets with this Yonex Poly Tour 125 crosses tension 54 with Pro Tournament 850 main tension 56. Feeling the shot very solid. It works pretty good.
I'm a beginner so I haven't tried many different strings, but I really like it s far. I should, however, have chosen a lower tension
Soft, muted feel with plenty of spin potential if you have the stroke. Not at all harsh. I prefer the black simply because the yellow is too loud but it's purely a matter of personal choice. They play the same.
I am a 56 years old club player who still like power and pop but looking for arm frendly poly use this string on my babolat PD with 52 lbs it's the best! If you don't believe me look on string forum for details
I had to lower the tension by 4 pounds from what I had first tried. Once that was done it played very well. Before it was too stiff. Now I can feel the control and spin. Have not compared it with Lux Savage - which is in my Wilson. That comes next. PS This is in mains only, the crosses use a softer Yonex.
I like how this is a softer poly. I put it in my Yonex backup raquet. I overestimated the string tension (I'll make it 2 pounds looser next time) - the Yonex had a flexible Yonex Super Tour 850. I'' also try it in my Wilson soon enough. I use it in the mains with a string like Wilson NXT in the crosses. I'll report more on it as I use it more. Right now my Wilson has Luxilon Savage( also a soft Poly) with NXT crosses. My rating may change then.
GREAT STRINGS! I am and intermediate player who has good power and heavy spin. My issue was string durability and tension loss. These strings have great durability and tension retention and good feel. would recommend highly
