Racquet has sufficient power and overwhelmingly great control, especially for 3.5-4.5 players.
This racket is what I have been looking for. I get great power and strokes are really consistent.
I’ve been using this racquet for about a year, and have no desire to switch to anything else. Great combination of power, control, and feel. Worked good all string combinations I tried. Highly recommended.
My new racquet of choice - moved from Pure Drive. Like the power, spin, control, racquet head size and weight.
Been playing for a long time and this is my first Yonex racquet. Switched from a Pure Drive which was used for many years prior to this model. The head is smaller and the stiffness is lower, but it has great control, feel, spin, and power. I believe it might be the racquet for me.
I also demoed the ezone 100 and was sure it would be my pick. Much to my surprise the ezone 98 had better feel, power, control, and comfort. It would be the choice for my game - 4.0-4.5 baseline, low topspin.

Excellent racquet... power and control as promised by the Japanese manufacturer. I do recommend this one!

The racquet is Super fast through the ball allowing for easier spin and control. It is lacking in weight which will affect your plow through but if you can add extra spin and depth that might counter the under weight frame. I could not add Lead tape to the frame as it was a demo but it would interesting to check out the Tour version once it arrives ( not till the Fall ). I used the old Ezone Tour 2 years ago but felt it was too much weight after several sets but I did like it. Currently play with VCore 95 and 98 , I think is somewhere in between the two. This could be a good fit for anyone seeking that, especially if you hit bit more flat.
