Recently purchased a Yonex Ezone 100 at recommendation of Tennis Point. This is a second purchase of the racquet. So far, it has great comfort, control, power, and feel. Strung with Wilson NXT at 50 lbs.
I have been playing recently with the 98 version of this racquet and have now acquired the 100 version. The 98 is an excellent player's racquet with control and power. Due to shoulder problems, I discussed the options with Tennis Point and decided to obtain the 100 version strung with Wilson NXT. This new combo has retained all of the positive characteristics of the 98, but provided more effortless power and spin which has enhanced my all court style of play and added safety for my physical concerns. It is now my racquet of choice over some close, tough competitors. Give it a try - you won't be disappointed

This racquet has good feel and pop, and I felt like I could aim my shots well. It was just a bit too heavy for me since I prefer a slightly lighter racquet.

Of my 5 racquets (Babolat, Head, Wilson), this is the most fun to play with. The reviews are correct - controllable power. I demo'd the 98, 98 Tour, and 100. The 100 is easiest with largest sweet spot, then 98 Tour with great plow through. The 98 is too light and not as enjoyable. I feel like I can hit any shot I want with the 100.

Mid 50’s athlete. Started playing 5 years ago, many lessons, learned modern “USTA” strokes and became tennis nut. Now solid 4.0 player. Coming out of Prince Tour 100P (62 RA) which served me quite well. Read and watched hours of reviews before choosing 7th Gen EZone. Strung it at 48 lbs with Solinco Tour Bite soft. Took me about 10 hours of play to realize that it was outstanding. It is as advertised- Stable, Powerful w. feel, & very elbow/ arm friendly. I am making shots I could make before. Certainly, any level of player can use it. But, when I commit fully to my ground stroke it commits even more. I will be purchasing another and start trying some different strings and different set-ups.
Just what I was looking for. My old racquet started to feel heavy on my but with my TE, I had no choice other than 6 HL and heavy. After the years, I was feeling that I was late contacting the ball. This few oz lighter, less swing weight, and 4 HL is the only one that does not flare my elbow. Amazing! Got good racquet speed not, no elbow issues, and a little free power. The only less desirable side is that I don’t feel the heavy spin I used to play with but can’t ask for much when playing with multi filament. Other than that, this is a winner for me
Felt like home almost immediately and has enhanced my game tremendously. Highly recommend this Yonex racquet over any other candidates.
I bought this racquet to replace an older Ezone that was 285 grams. I like 300 grams much better for power and control. I highly recommend this Yonex Ezone.
I bought it because I play with Yonex for a long time, before I used to play with Babolat and Head. The other 2 racquets are Vcore Dule G and eZone DR98. I like the blend of power and control, along with the feel and stability. I ordered string tension in the mid (52) with Yonex Dynawire 16G but it could be 2 points higher because sometimes the ball is touching after baseline. Maybe the execution might be adjusted and more spin on the ball. Another reason for buying is I like a lot the service provided by Tennis Point. I am a loyal customer living in Brazil and every tinme I travel to USA I order online to deliver in a house´s friend. I never had a problem and all the goods were delivered on time and with quality.
Plush feel, powerful, very maneuverable at the net...I use Solinco Confidential 18g and it matches very well with the new Ezone... absolutely love the feel of the racquet and the sweet spot... highly recommended from someone who previously used the Wilson Blade v.6!
Excellent feel. Went from Pure Drive to 2022 EZone and discovered similar control with an increase in power. Larger sweet spot improved net play.
