Great racquet! Smooth and lightweight. Easy on the elbow. Great looking graphics too!
My favorite racquet for many years. Cosmetic changes in past few years but same specs and performance. I string with Volkl Cyclone 17 gauge at 58 lbs.
If you are looking for maneuverability, this racquet is for you. If you check the specifications you will notice that it is very light. It should serve the purposes of most players in the power arena, especially if strung loosely.
I purchased it because it is oversized - 115 sq in. It also has a longer handle and grip and is about a inch longer than most others. I strung it with recommended Wilson NXT 16 at 58 lbs. It arrived in about 4 days ready to hit. I have fewer mishits, more power, and about the same control. It feels balanced and is extremely lightweight. No vibration into my arm.
My tennis coach thought that I would benefit by using a lighter racquet. I demoed 3 racquets and this one came out the winner. I used it for 2 hours today and it felt great. I was hitting my shots with confidence and hitting winners too.
I was very concerned of whether the 2022 color change involved other changes, but it did NOT. It is exactly like my racket purchased 4 years ago. Love the extra length since I’m short and it’s easy to maneuver. I play only doubles anymore and am a serve and volley style player.
I received exceptional assistance in the store on Aug 20, 2022 by a young man who took a look at my existing racquet (which was a Prince) and made the recommendation of this racquet. I was a little leary being a different brand but was told Prince is no longer in business. Needless to say, this racquet helped my game go from sub-par to almost awesome!! I couldn't be happier with the replacement, so much so that I'd like to send the young man a thank you card but for the life of me, I can't think of his name! Thank you to the dark-haired, twenty-something old young man at the Cinicinnati location!! (His name may have been Casey??)
