Dunlop balls are the best
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

My local tennis shop recommended these Dunlop balls. I buy them by the case. The balls are great. Maintain pressure and the covering does not wear out. My only complaint is that by Black Lab won't play with them. That is her problem.

We like using these balls for our USTA matches; they seem to last longer than some other brands.

Great Balls for Hard Court
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

We switched from the Dunlop championships to the Dunlop ATP version. They seem to be heavier and last longer. Much better for me than the Wilson or Prince pro versions. Penn Championship Extra Duty Tennis Ball are my second choice, lighter but play well.

Dunlop ATP Premium Extra Duty Tennis Ball (Case)
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

ATP Premium balls are good but they fuzz up rather quickly compared to the non-ATP Extra Duty. I'm Guessing that is due to thicker felt ?? Not sure. The quality of the seams appears to be better- smother with less flash. Tennis Point - New Name but same awesome Customer Service ! Five Stars

not very durable
This shopper rated the product 3 out of 5 stars

bounce fine, but not very durable. doesn't last more than few hours at moderate training intensity. Expected it to be much better. In the past Penn ATP tour balls used to be better, but its quality also degraded dramatically.

Best of the "premium" balls
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

After trying the premium balls from all major brands, these Dunlop play the best to me. Consistent out of the can, they feel great from the first rally, and they stay true (bounce, feel) for at least 3 hours of 4.0/4.5 play. Will buy again.

Best bounce
This shopper rated the product 4 out of 5 stars

The Dunlop ATP Premium Extra Duty is currently my favorite tennis ball. I was using the Penn championship extra duty for years but never considered why I should pay more for premium quality balls. I finally decided to see if the better balls were worth the extra money. I play tested the Dunlop, Wilson, and Penn premium balls and Dunlop was far superior in the bounce and feel category. Penn & Wilson premium balls feel dead and heavier on the racket. Penn and Wilson balls also do not bounce as good as the Dunlop. Dunlop has a better and consistent bounce, and feels comfortable coming off the strings. As far as play time, the Dunlop is what you expect to get out of a tennis ball. I would say the balls start falling off at about the 1 hour and a half mark but it is still playing well up to 2 hours and than it all depends on how much more you want to try and use the ball. The Dunlop ATP premium is worth the extra money in my opinion.

Excellent balls. Comparable to Wilson US Open heavy duty tennis balls. And cheaper. first time played with them; on hard surface. Haven't made up my mind which of the above two balls I prefer. Will continue to evaluate after gaing some more experience playing with these Dunlops. Am a 4.5-5 player.

My favorite balls for heavy duty tennis (clay courts). Incredibly durable and have lasted me a long time which is why I’ve ordered 2 more cans

These balls are great for 2 to 3 hours. They lose the fuzz fast, and they keep the pop, but the feel gets to be a bit different for sure after the 3 hours of intense play. But in using these I am confused what the pros actually use. Out of the can there isn't a ball better than these as far as feel, consistency and playability ball to ball goes. Pro penn feels like brick until you use them for 15 mins, wilson championship similar to that, so when they say new balls in the 7th game do they mean new like these awesome feel Dunlop balls that don't last, or new like you have a brick ball for 15 minutes at least?? These balls definitely worth a try, and will add a few more shots to the rallies as they don't just fly. I recommend them especially for match play.

The Best Ball on the Market
This shopper rated the product 5 out of 5 stars

Of the three types of balls, Dunlop ATP, Penn Tour, and Wilson US Open, Dunlop ATP exceeds the other two in every category. It bounces consistently, it feels precise and comfortable, and the cloth grips onto the string bed so well. The ball is so well made that it lasts a long time. Penn Tour is more comfortable, good feel, but its bounce is variable. The ATP made a right decision to switch from Penn to Dunlop, so do the Australian Open from Wilson the Dunlop. Keep the good work Dunlop!

Fuzzy

These became real fuzzy real quick playing on a hard court. Seemed like they moved pretty slowly through the court. I'll probably use Penn next time.
