Shipping was quick. Only played a little with this string so far so can't give a in depth review just yet.
Have tried hybrid combos before without much luck, but I tried this one in my Yonex RQiS 10 and love what it does for increased spin and control. Because of a long-ago bout with tennis elbow, I usually play with a full bed of natural gut, but so far this hybrid has been elbow friendly and as durable as advertised. Tames some of the power full nat gut delivers, but with me that's often a good thing. Slice and flat serves are now a bit more reliable and I can even hit something resembling a kick serve every now and again. Glad I decided to try it out. Ordered a couple more sets to try on my Wilson Ultra 103 (string eater) and Yonex Ezone Xi 100, also a string eater.
Nice spin, decent power and holds tension ok for poly. Great price.
Love the cyclone line of strings for their price and performance. If you like the 16g cyclone then you should like any of the thinner ones as well. Your spin, feel, and power will all improve. The only thing that may hurt is control because you will have more power.
You can't beat the value and price!
I really like this string. It has a good feel and crisp and clean contact. The string has good power and very durable. I have my string at 60-61 lbs. on the tension. Two thumbs up!
Holy crap!!! I LOVE THIS STRING!! Spin is so easy to generate! I have two Babolat Pure Strikes. In one, I have a hybrid of RPM Blast and NXT and in the other I have a full bed of this strung at 53lbs. and WOW I like it way better than my hybrid set-up. Easy on the arm too!! This is my new go-to string now! And the price you just can't go wrong!
I have not tried this string but Ive been told by 5.0 players that they love these strings and that I wont be disappointed. They say it's alot like RPM blast but at a much more affordable price and easier on the arm. Can't wait to break my NXT strings (should be soon) I may just go and get my racquet strung with this tomorrow instead of waiting :)

it really improves your spin and power
bite, good ball pocketing, EZ on the arm, priced right. 4/4 = a winner.
This is my favorite poly string. Great feel, decent durability, and pop when you need it. I now use it for my main strings only. I use Isospeed Black Fire for Crosses because I get less of the string cutting into itself (Cyclone is a shaped string, Black Fire is round). Great performance and great price compared to other comparable poly strings, such as Luxilon and RPM Blast.
My go-to string. I have it on a 100 sq in Head YouTek IG Extreme Pro 2.0 in a full bed. Good soft response and it lasts longer than I thought it would Have it strung at 52lbs. Good spin.
These strings have a lot of power, control, and feel. They have a similar feel to Babolat RPM Blast but with a little more comfort and half the price. I strung it on my Wilson Steam 99s - which has a very open string pattern - and popped very early (2 weeks). Overall a great string with feel and power.
Nice bite, great spin production, and its affordable! What's not to like!
Cheap, nice bite on ball. Topspin is easy to generate.
I really enjoy playing with Volkl Cyclone. It definitely assists in dialing in my shots. Absolutely loved it in the Volkl Organix 7 310g! That combo really up'd my game - control, precision, heavy shots. It's quite comfortable and at $7.99 it's a good deal. The only negative is that it looses tension pretty quickly (2-3 weeks for me) but about on par for a poly in my experience. I don't string my own racquets so if I were to pull it out right away, I'd lose the savings Volkl provides with its lower cost.
Very nice string. I can put good pace on the ball and it also provides a nice feel when putting topspin on a lob or forehand. Recommended by a friend who has his Volkl Organix 3 strung with it. I also have the same racquet.
I've been using these strings for a while now. I don't like both mains and crosses with Cyclone because it's a bit too "springy" for me and causes control problems. I've been using Cyclone on the mains and a softer string (like Zylex) on the crosses and that seems to be a good combination. The durability and power of the Cyclone strings seems to be quite good. Excellent! Always on time
This string is great. I have paid $17.00 for string that perfoms the same as this string which is $8.00. I am considerign buying a half reel.
Have been using for 3 mos. This string with the midplus organix saved my elbow and plays beautifully solid fast with grt volleys, control and power
