Not a true 4E like older New Balance 4Es were. Way too narrow and poorly made.
These shoes are not a true 4E. They are cheaply made. Not the quality I expect from New Balance. I do like how light the shoe is.
New Balance no longer makes a clay/har-tru wide width sneaker. The 696v6 are fine for the hard courts but do not work well on the har-tru and clay surfaces.
Nice shoe, great price, however too narrow at front of shoe for a 4E.
Use to wear this shoe a few years ago, but NB made them too narrow. Thought I would try them again. Still too narrow. This is not a true 4E shoe. Have to go with NB 1007 to get the width I need. Looks like a nice shoe if you don’t need the extra width.
I purchased because they were supposed to be a wide fit. Great quality sneaker but too narrow for me.
I really like these shoes as they are lightweight, and very comfortable for big toes. I would like to buy another pair of these shoes. I was using 696 4E v5 earlier, I think 696 v6 4E is good replacement. Initially, I started my tennis with 1006 4E shoes, but that has been replaced by 1007 4E series. Then , I started looking for better a better alternative option in 696 4E series( good pricing). Tennis-point is selling these shoes, and they are perfect to me. Thank you.
Tried these on and they are a perfect fit, hard to find wide shoes to feet my big feet!
Nice looking tennis shoe, but front part of shoe is too narrow. Had problems with my big toe.
