I'm only rating 4 stars since it pairs well with the Babolat Pure Drive Plus I bought and strung with VS touch. Soft feel but still with the power on the serve. Oddly, the feeling is a little too damped for me. I normally look for a slight tingly feel like Wilson's NXT Control. Overall still very happy. I don't use any dampeners at all on my racquets due to my need for some feel on hits.

Good feel though maybe should string it a little higher tension to get the best effect.

I started to use this string in the cross for my 9 year old boy. He plays a lot of USTA matches and we needed something soft for his arm. He likes the feel of it. We used Luxilon ALU Power in the main.

This is my favorite gut string. It doesn't break that often for me, probably because I use an alternative string when there's fog (like this morning) or because the HarTru courts have a little more dampness in them than usual. I use both teh 16 and 17 gauge.

Offers a great comfortable feel. From a stringing perspective, it is relatively easy to work with.

I've tried most of the gut string on the market and found VS NG to be the most consistent and longest lasting (when using Gamma string savers, and a very experienced stringer).
