Pickleball Paddle Warranty Information

- Replacement timeframe and approval is at the sole discretion of the manufacturer.
- Paddle warranties must be submitted following the specific manufacturer’s listed warranty process. If the manufacturer’s process requests you submit directly through them, please follow their instructions as some manufacturers will not allow us to process warranties on their behalf. Some manufacturers require the paddle to be registered through them after purchase to be applicable for a warranty claim.
- Paddles sent to the manufacturer for evaluation typically take 4 to 6 weeks but may take longer based off the manufacturer's demand.
- For paddle warranties processed through Midwest Racquet Sports, we reserve the right to replace the paddle directly from our stock. If the purchased paddle is no longer available, Midwest Racquet Sports will provide an in-store credit for the purchase price of the paddle, which can be applied towards a different model for the replacement.
- Paddles that show signs of abuse or unusual wear will not be replaced. Damage from impact is not covered under the paddle warranty.
- Store Credits - Store credits issued for warranties are valid for 90 days after the issue date.

Diadem Paddle Warranty
Please visit https://diademsports.com/pages/register when you receive your order to register your paddle warranty with the manufacturer. Diadem provides a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Please visit the same page to submit any warranty claims.

Engage Paddle Warranty

Gamma Paddle Warranty

Head Paddle Warranty
Head covers paddle purchases with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To start your warranty claim, please call the Consumer Warranty Phone Line 1-800-289-7366 and select option 2. Once approved, the paddle should be shipped along with your original sales receipt to the address below.

Joola Paddle Warranty

Nettie Paddle Warranty
Nettie covers all new paddles with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. To initiate your claim, please email hello@playnettie.com with photos of your paddle, a brief description of the issue and a copy of your original sales receipt.
