What Happened?

Have ordered these for about four years now, and this pair isn't nearly as comfortable as previous ones. Poor arch support, footbed not stable. I hope it was simply a manufacturing glitch. Was so incredulous I didn't return them when I should have. Otherwise, my favorite shoe ever. Great for Achilles issues. I'm a 4.5 all court player.
