I called Midwest Racquet Sports and explained I needed a tennis shoe with substantial cushion and structural integrity. The recommendation was exactly what I needed. I've been playing tennis 4 times a week and the 1007 fits my requirements exactly. There is ample room in the toebox which other NB tennis shoes do not have. There is plenty of structure to keep the shoe from feeling sloppy. My forward, backward and lateral movements on the court give me a sense of confidence. Overall, I recommend the 1007 for heavy tennis use and casually going about your business during the day.
