Too Small - Not Wide

I normally wear an 8 wide. Sometimes I can wear an eight like in some other top court shoes. I was excited to see that this new balance shoe came in wide since NB wide are usually perfect fit for me. I ordered up (8.5 W) based on the reviews that it runs short. The shoe does not fit wide or roomie in any part of the shoe. I’m disappointed. Yeah, I am hopeful that the Midwest sports return policy is as good as it sounds. We’ll see.

I like the New Balance 996 because of the wide width option. It is true to size (7 W). Hoping the heavier sole will stand up to hard outdoor courts.
