What's up with fit- v5 to v6?
This shopper rated the product 2 out of 5 stars

I have played tennis for over 50 years and worn NB for most of those years with few issues. The last pair was a 996v5; one of the best shoes I've played in. So, without hesitation, I ordered my normal 8 1/2, 996v6, expecting the same great last and fit as the v5. Incredibly, the pinch at midfoot was intolerable from the try-on and I had to return them. How can the last change so dramatically in what should basically be the same shoe? Did I just get a faulty pair or does the last actually change with the model year? Question to NB: Where do you source the laces that came with the Model 996v5? IMO, these are the only laces that should be in any tennis shoe; flat and relatively narrow with a subtle stiffness that keeps the laces from rolling and holds the tension as it tightens. Can you please tell me where these are made or could be ordered? Can I get them from NB? Would pay a premium!
