I have a high instep and wide feet. The only tennis shoes that fit well have been NB 9.5 4Es. I loved the NB 1006 until they discontinued it in favor of the 1007 with the "fresh foam" technology - like trying to play tennis on a high sponge. The NB 806 fits, but is a harsh shoe, hard on feet. I thought I would try the 796v4 (4E), but it is crazy narrow - no wider than a true 2E; cannot wear them returning. Since I could not wear them, I cannot comment on how they are for someone who can. Back to NB 806.
