Run small

Always wear New Balance. Had to return these as they run small for size 12. Love everything else about the shoe. Wish they fit.

Bad design

Doesn't come up high enough around the heel/ankle area. Feels insecure, badly designed shoe. The cheaper New Balance MC 696v6 shoe is great. Weird that this more expensive model's design is so bad in comparison.
