I’ve been wearing Mizuno shoes for over 20 years—first for volleyball, then softball, and now tennis! I’ve always trusted this brand for its comfort, performance, and durability. What I love about Mizuno tennis shoes is how lightweight they feel. They use minimal materials without sacrificing support, which makes movement on the court quick and effortless. The fit is snug but comfortable, and the traction is excellent even during fast lateral movements. Mizuno continues to deliver quality and consistency, and I’m so glad they’ve expanded their performance into tennis. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable, responsive shoe! So happy Midwest Sports carries this shoe brand! Thank you!
Great light weight shoes with support
Love the color of this shoe, but it is very stiff and has a serious break-in period. It also runs short. I am having to use shoe stretchers to widen the toe box and compress the padding to get some needed space in these shoes. My foot is not quite a size 8. I buy on-line all the time (sz 8, B width) and I can barely get my feet in this size 8 shoe. Order a half size up, be ready for the lack of width in the toe box and a break-in period. Still, I love the color.
Runs more narrow and a touch smaller than the original which I LOVED. I’m trying the men’s version in hopes of getting a bit more width.
I've ordered 5 pairs and still love them! I'm a singles player, run a lot and have an average/slim foot. Used to wear Asics, after a shoe update I tried shoes from virtually everyone. The trend seems to be chunky, heavy, wide shoes, none of which worked for me. These are light, responsive, comfortable. Virtually no break-in time. In a dress shoe I wear an 8-8.5, in all my athletic shoes (brooks, nike, new balance, asics etc), I wear a 9, same with these Mizunos.
