Midwest Racquet Sports Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your gear. If something’s not right, here’s how we can help:
General Returns
- Items must be unused and unworn, with original tags and packaging.
 - Returns must be initiated within 60 days of receiving your order.
 - Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
 
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Used racquets or shoes showing signs of wear. Strings used in strung racquets are non-refundable.
 - Apparel that has been worn, washed, or is missing tags.
 - Court equipment and ball machines unless unopened and unused.
 - Items marked "Final Sale"
 
Return Shipping
- Returns are free if your remaining order total stays above $69.95.
 - Otherwise, a $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
 - Orders with more than three pairs of shoes will be subject to a $6.95 return shipping fee for each returned pair.
 - For court equipment, cases of balls or bulk items, a return shipping fee may apply.
 - Free returns only valid in the continental United States.
 
Store Credit
- If a return is accepted but not eligible for a full refund, a store credit may be issued.
 - Store credits expire after 90 days.
