This is on me ...... I saw this cute rainbow skirt and if you look at the body, that is NOT a little girl. I thought it was for full grown women...well...it's not. It says 'girls' in the heading and personally, I think it should say child.....so I ordered it based on the visual only. I had to LOL when I opened the package. This teeny, tiny little skirt. Still makes me laugh.
