• Played the longest ever match during 2010 Wimbledon against Nicolas Mahut, hitting 113 aces in an 11:05-hour-long match spanning three days, with the fifth set ending at 70-68
• Played NCAA tennis at University of Georgia from 2004-2007 where he was a four-year All-American
• Established the Isner Family Foundation in 2019 to raise money for Dallas-area hospitals, where his family lives; also donates $10 for every ace to local animal shelters through his “Aces for Animals” campaign
