No purchase necessary. While supplies last. Open to legal residents of the United States, 18 years or older. Limit one entry per person. Submission of an entry does not guarantee selection of shoes. Selected participants will receive one (1) pair of HEAD revolt 5.0 shoes at no cost in exchange for participation in a product play-test and submission of feedback, which may include surveys, written reviews, photos, and/or videos.

By accepting the play-test product, participants agree to provide honest feedback and grant Midwest Racquet Sports the right to use their name, likeness, comments, images, and content for marketing and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Playtest products are provided “as is” without warranty and may not be returned or exchanged. Sizes and models are subject to availability and provided at the sole discretion of Midwest Racquet Sports. Products are not for resale.

Participants assume all risks associated with use of the product. Midwest Racquet Sports shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in this program or use of the product. By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from Midwest Racquet Sports. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
