My daughter loves the layers and style of the skirt, very flattering. If you want it more fitting, purchase a size smaller. Size chart is off, I believe because I purchased the "S" based on my daughter waist size of 27 inches and the skirt still has some give when stretched. Did not return because there was no "XS" so kept it due to sale.
