Warranty Tennis Equipment Information
  • Select court equipment items like stringing and ball machines are covered under a manufacturer warranty. Any item that is covered under a warranty will have the warranty information listed in the item description.

  • Unless a specific process is noted below, please reach out to Midwest Racquet Sports customer care at service@midwestsports.com to initiate a claim with the manufacturer, and we can request a technician from the manufacturer reach out.

  • Warranty claims are made at the sole discretion of the manufacturer. Items covered under warranty are subject to repair at the manufacturer’s discretion, instead of replacement.

  • In the case that a defective item needs to be returned, the manufacturer will provide return instructions. Midwest Racquet Sports will not accept returns or provide return shipping labels for these items.

  • Store Credits - Store credits issued for warranties are valid for 90 days after the issue date.
