Although the package arrived damaged, the reel was fine. Installed easily and has worked well. Picture showed the crank attached but arrived without one. Later checked and noticed that it was not included. That's fine. Our old handled fit fine - truly a universal crank. Prompt delivery. Thank you for your handling of our needs. Jim
