Overview
Midwest Racquet Sports is seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to support store operations, drive sales, and enhance customer experience. As a key leader within our retail team, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, team development, and customer assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with customers in store on their product selection
- Assist in overseeing store operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate retail staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of sales techniques and retail operations
- Experience in inventory management and merchandising
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Must be available during store hours, days, evenings and weekends
