First time I have purchased this type of Asics tennis shoe. The design of the opening where you insert your foot is something new to me. It has a strong elastic-type band surrounding the opening and I have to work to get my foot in the shoe. Once I manage to work my foot in, the shoe feels snug and is comfortable. But, I find it a bit of hassle to get into and would elect to find a more standard design like the other Asics tennis shoes I have purchased before.

Tongue ripped on both sneakers. Asics gave the run around on refund. All set, I'll buy another brand!

The shoes are very good and I love the flexibility. No wonder why so many of my fellow tennis players recommend Asics.

The shoe has narrowed, esp in the toe box. It does not fit my foot as in the past. I had to send them back. I ordered the Challenger 14 that I’ve used in the past as a replacement.. It fits better….normal….esp in the toe box.
