Well-built shoe and looks great, I'll be wearing these for my upcoming trip to Florida!
Very comfortable
I am stuck between 12.5 and 13. If I go 12.5, the toebox feels kind of pointy, whereas with size 13, I get heel slippage. If the heel slippage or toebox shape is not an issue for you, this $130 shoe can compete with the $150-$180 shoes no problem. Lateral stability is good, as with most adidas. I have heard others complain about the stiffness of the sole but I was not bothered by this. They put a shank in there for a reason, so I welcome the stuffness. The shank gives you responsiveness and the Boost gives you impact protection. You won't find Boost anywhere else at this price point so if you don't have or can overcome the heel slippage problem, and don't mind the pointy toebox, getting this should be a no brainer. The fit is awkward as the forefoot width is very roomy, but the toebox height and point shape kind of weirds it out. As I am writing this review, I am starting to suspect that heel slippage is a direct result of stiffness of the bottoms.
I am very happy with the product, they look exactly as they were advertised, the problem is not the shoes, but the size, I play tennis and I have to move a lot on the court, the shoes were a bit big for me, I think half a number less will be the perfect fit for me. That is why I am asking for an exchange, I love the shoes, they are great. Thank you.
