These shoes have little to no break-in time. Very comfortable, good traction for quick moves.
Comfortable from the first wearing & great style/colors.
One of my favorite adidas tennis shoes in a while. I really appreciate the “no break-in” necessary but without compromising durability. I have a medium to narrow width foot.
I used to play in the Adidas CourtJam Bounce, but they discontinued it and I have been on a search for a comparable shoe since. These are not bad, but the padding around the opening rubbed on my ankle resulting in a blister. Good traction though, and stability.
For women like me, with wide feet and narrow ankles, the avacourt was a slam dunk. Now that they've redesigned it a bit as the 2, they've made it narrower/tighter in the toebox and looser in the the ankle. So, it no longer works for me and I'm returning this pair. Snapped up a few more pairs of the original before they're no longer available. Note to Adidas, there are already tons of options for people with narrow feet.
